Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud security automation and AI engagements, including scoping, architecture, implementation, and client handoff.
- Design and implement secure agentic AI solutions using multi-agent orchestration, Model Context Protocol integrations, AI gateways, and policy-based access controls.
- Architect and enforce AI governance policies covering usage, data handling, model access, and compliance guardrails.
- Develop and deploy AI-powered security automation such as compliance checks, threat detection agents, and remediation workflows.
- Produce architecture documents, runbooks, standard operating procedures, and security assessment reports.
- Provide technical oversight and quality assurance, including architecture reviews, code reviews, and security assessments.
- Mentor junior engineers on cloud security, AI/ML implementation, and secure development practices.
- Support client discovery calls, demonstrations, technical deep dives, proposals, statements of work, and pricing estimates.
- Build reusable tools, templates, accelerators, and reference architectures, and contribute to thought leadership content and practice strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of experience.
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, or securing AI/ML workloads in cloud environments.
- Hands-on proficiency with Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q, and Amazon SageMaker.
- Experience in a client-facing consulting or professional services role.
- Basic Python competency for reading, writing, and troubleshooting automation and integration code.
- Understanding of agentic AI patterns, AI governance frameworks, secure AI composition, multi-agent orchestration, tool-use guardrails, and prompt injection mitigation.
- Preferred experience with Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure Machine Learning, Gemini for Google Workspace, Claude for Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, or the OpenAI Platform.
- Preferred certifications include AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, or Google Cloud architecture and machine learning certifications.
- Preferred experience writing statements of work, proposals, or scoping documents; applying security frameworks to AI/ML workloads; public speaking; practice development; service catalog creation; go-to-market strategy; AI gateways; Model Context Protocol; and policy-as-code frameworks such as Cedar or OPA.
