Responsibilities
- Lead hosting and migration of Air National Guard web applications to an approved cloud platform.
- Build and configure cloud infrastructure and automate cloud environment setup with code and scripting.
- Provide refactoring and optimization recommendations to the development team.
- Create project schedules and estimates for cloud-related projects.
- Meet with customers to discuss cloud plans and progress.
- Coordinate migration efforts and communicate plans with existing team members.
Requirements
- Demonstrated enterprise-scale experience as an Azure Solutions Architect.
- Experience designing and delivering secure Azure platforms and architecting web system hosting infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure networking, cloud-native concepts, n-tier architecture, and Service-Oriented Architecture.
- Experience with Public Key Infrastructure, certificates, PowerShell scripting, and cloud automation.
- Experience working in secure environments with sensitive data.
- IAT Level II or IAM Level II DoD-approved cybersecurity baseline certification or higher.
- Microsoft Azure certification.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret or higher security clearance.
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Assurance Management, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.
