Responsibilities

  • Assess client business and technical requirements and propose comprehensive solutions.
  • Translate business needs into technical visions and guide execution aligned with client objectives.
  • Create technical documentation, including statements of work.
  • Lead solution validation, delivery, and deployment while ensuring quality and performance standards.
  • Educate and mentor remote teams on solution designs and best practices.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of client-facing development experience emphasizing solution architecture and design.
  • Required experience or familiarity with banking, financial services, or fintech.
  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, and/or Ruby.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and understanding of the SaaS lifecycle.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering teams during agile development cycles.
  • Strong problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and proactive client-service skills.
  • Passion for building with AI and using modern AI tools to automate workflows and optimize processes.
  • Bonus experience includes contact centers, telephony/VoIP, financial services, healthcare technology, serverless systems, AI, big data, or other emerging enterprise technologies.
  • Relevant cloud-platform or solution-architecture certifications are a plus.
