Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead best-practice development and implementation to improve software quality and efficiency.
- Mentor team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate software components.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and business requirements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns for cloud-based solutions.
- Experience managing and leading software development teams delivering complex projects.
- Ability to ensure code quality through code reviews, testing strategies, and continuous integration practices.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and scalability in cloud environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on business-aligned technical solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
