Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and manage the EMEA Solutions Architecture team and its managers.
- Ensure technical excellence throughout the pre-sales cycle and coach engagements on strategic accounts.
- Provide hands-on support through customer presentations, architecture reviews, and migration plans.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to support customer success and communicate product feedback.
- Develop repeatable customer engagement plays based on team and field trends.
- Track and report Solutions Architecture performance to Sales and Field Engineering leadership quarterly.
- Own regional organizational planning, staffing, budgeting, and recruiting.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-sales roles.
- At least five years of experience in a leadership position.
- Strong background in JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and scale technical teams in a high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated success working with enterprise and commercial customers across diverse industries.
- Strong understanding of modern software development workflows, frontend frameworks, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to drive customer success.
- Hands-on experience with Vercel, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks is a bonus.
- Experience leading Solutions Architecture teams at a high-growth SaaS or cloud infrastructure company is a bonus.
- Expertise in developer tooling, edge computing, or performance optimization is a bonus.
- Comfort presenting at conferences, webinars, or large-scale customer events is a bonus.
