Base Salary
$145k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines for automating financial workflows.
- Own the full stack from prompt engineering and tool design through deployment and monitoring.
- Practice eval-driven development by defining success metrics before building.
- Translate ambiguous client problems into engineering requirements and deliver results quickly.
- Present and defend architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Build observability and evaluation infrastructure to enhance AI system quality.
- Travel to client sites as needed.
Requirements
- 3–8+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in AI/ML systems.
- Hands-on experience building production LLM applications and agentic workflows.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with orchestration frameworks like LangChain.
- Strong grasp of evaluation methodologies for assessing LLM output quality.
- Solid data engineering fundamentals including ETL design and SQL/NoSQL.
