Responsibilities
- Develop automated workflows using Power Automate for business process automation.
- Design and build custom applications with Power Apps and custom agents with Copilot Studio.
- Implement data structures using Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL.
- Build SharePoint Framework web parts and extensions.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Power BI, ERP systems, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain custom connectors, APIs, and web services.
- Manage governance policies, environments, solution packaging, and deployment processes.
- Perform unit testing, support user acceptance testing, and resolve defects.
- Deploy solutions using GitHub or Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Create secure, responsive portals with Power Pages.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution diagrams, and user guides.
- Train end users and provide ongoing technical support.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of professional experience.
- BE/B.Tech or MCA degree.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and agentic workflows.
- Experience with SPFx, JSON, Power Fx, JavaScript, PowerShell, basic SQL, and SharePoint Framework development.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online administration, and SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries.
- Understanding of model-driven architecture, plug-ins, and business rules.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management, solution packaging, and environment strategy.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Microsoft Certification: Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200) preferred.
- Exposure to AI-enhanced tools such as AI Builder and Copilot Studio preferred.
