Responsibilities
- Serve as a Data 360 subject matter expert for Salesforce customers and internal teams.
- Act as a strategic advisor helping customers unlock data from enterprise systems and achieve their goals.
- Deliver complex technical solutions involving Data 360, scripting, data management, and integrations.
- Lead technical option evaluations, customer presentations, solution education, and executive-level discussions.
- Identify and proactively manage risks through complete issue resolution.
- Manage multiple strategic clients while maintaining utilization and customer satisfaction targets.
- Collaborate with account, delivery, and go-to-market teams to expand services and grow customer accounts.
- Support Data 360 talent development through knowledge sharing, reusable assets, best practices, and community initiatives.
- Maintain expertise in the evolving Data 360 product roadmap and broader data platform landscape.
Requirements
- Relevant Salesforce Data 360 or equivalent customer data platform experience, such as Adobe AEP, Tealium AudienceStream, Segment, ActionIQ, or Treasure Data.
- Relevant Salesforce experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud; related certifications are a plus.
- Data warehouse experience with platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, or SQL Server is preferred.
- Experience with data management, data transformation, and ETL using cloud-based tools or infrastructure.
- Data architecture experience including data profiling, data quality analysis, master data management, and fuzzy matching is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data integration, subscriber management, and identity resolution requirements.
- Experience with AI-related data integration concepts, including RAG, vector databases, search indexes, and knowledge bases, is a plus.
- Ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts through sophisticated diagrams, models, and documents.
- Ability to influence groups, facilitate implementation and architecture discussions, and lead enterprise transformation and executive requirement-gathering sessions.
- Knowledge of data governance, data privacy concepts, and regulations is a plus.
- BA/BS degree or foreign equivalent.
- Willingness to travel when needed, expected to be less than 50%.

- The role is eligible for a base salary of $220,000-$270,000 annually, with location-specific ranges in certain markets; bonus, equity, and other incentives may also apply.
