Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with customers and lead requirements-gathering meetings.
- Own the change request process and coordinate with other teams.
- Develop and maintain the list of final application enhancements.
- Define application scope and objectives and prepare technical and functional specifications.
- Perform technical design reviews and code reviews.
- Coordinate unit and system testing and ensure implementation meets the plan.
- Assess status and support data information planning.
- Coordinate on-call support and effective system monitoring.
- Maintain the technical development environment.
- Identify technical problems, propose solutions, communicate standards, and obtain stakeholder buy-in.
- Facilitate requirements, design, code review, and troubleshooting sessions.
- Support vendor evaluation.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering, or MCA qualification.
- At least 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 3 years of experience using C# and .NET Core.
- At least 4 years of experience using C#, ASP.NET, and Entity Framework.
- Experience developing REST web services and APIs.
- At least 2 years of experience developing web applications with Angular 4 or later.
- Working knowledge of SQL database queries and software design standards, guidelines, and patterns.
- Experience publishing and maintaining code or services in a cloud-hosted environment such as Azure.
- Experience using Azure DevOps Services, including Boards, Pipelines, and Repos.
- Experience with SQL databases, multiple programming languages, mentoring, leading small projects, troubleshooting support, or healthcare information technology is preferred.
