Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, performant full-stack applications with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Develop resilient backend services backed by relational databases and implement data models.
- Build high-traffic ReactJS and NextJS web applications from UX designs.
- Create and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end test suites using Jest and Playwright.
- Use agentic development practices to decompose work, provide coding agents with context, and review their output.
- Own a product module through the full development lifecycle and collaborate with engineering, product, and UX teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to improvements in automation, AI, workflow orchestration, and the technology stack.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building high-performance, resilient backend services in a modern programming language.
- Strong frontend development skills with React or a comparable modern framework; ReactJS, NextJS, and TypeScript experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with relational databases and data modeling.
- Strong understanding of OAuth2/OIDC authentication flows and object-oriented design principles.
- Experience with Git and build or tooling ecosystems such as Webpack, Vite, NPM, or pnpm.
- Hands-on automated testing experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing tools such as Jest, Playwright, Vitest, or Cypress.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Argo CD, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Knowledge of message broker patterns and experience with at least one message queuing service.
- Ability to learn new languages, frameworks, and development paradigms quickly.
