Base Salary

$170k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

Build agentic AI applications that solve customer use cases.
Design agentic workflows, plugins, and tool integrations.
Translate ambiguous problems into intuitive AI experiences and iterate them into production.
Partner with platform engineers to improve abstractions and reusable components.
Identify patterns across customer deployments and evolve them into reusable products.
Own customer-facing quality across UX, reliability, performance, and evaluation.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of software engineering experience.
Experience building production-ready agentic AI applications using AI agents, workflows, MCP, and tool orchestration.
Experience integrating APIs, enterprise systems, and external data sources.
Ability to rapidly turn ideas into working products while maintaining engineering quality.
Strong product judgment and communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred qualifications include startup or 0-to-1 product experience.
Preferred qualifications include understanding of AI security practices such as RBAC, ABAC, audit logging, and prompt-level safeguards.
Exposure to regulated or sensitive industries such as finance, healthcare, or telecoms is preferred.
U.S. citizenship or Green Card status and permanent U.S. domicile are required.

Remote work in the United States.
Annual base compensation of $170,000–$200,000 USD.
Legally authorized identification verification through the third-party provider CLEAR ID is required during the application process.
