Base Salary
$88k - $186k/yr
Responsibilities
- Maintain ZoomAI service release deployments and ongoing maintenance.
- Investigate ZoomAI services and environments to identify architectural and operational inefficiencies.
- Design and implement deployment pipeline enhancements and automation to improve reliability and release speed.
- Design and implement zero-downtime Zoom services targeting 99.999% availability.
- Develop automation to support scalable architecture.
- Automate monitoring metrics and identify and troubleshoot service issues.
Requirements
- Hands-on expertise with AWS Bedrock.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience using Git, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and other DevOps tools.
- Expertise with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and related monitoring tools.
- Programming experience with Python, Shell, and other scripting languages.
- Experience writing and managing Ansible Playbooks and working with Ansible Tower.
- Deep understanding of Linux systems and shell environments.
- Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
