Responsibilities
- Execute functional, regression, performance, acceptance, smoke, feature, and end-to-end testing activities.
- Build and maintain automated test frameworks and expand end-to-end automated test coverage.
- Test web user interfaces and APIs using manual and automated approaches.
- Participate in sprint planning, analyze requirements, and provide test strategy, planning, and design recommendations.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and analyze failures and flaky tests.
- Use AI tools to generate test cases and data, refactor automation scripts, triage failures, and build agentic test workflows.
- Validate AI-generated outputs and measure their impact on testing quality and speed.
- Work with developers, business analysts, customer service, operations, clients, and other Scrum team members.
- Lead test teams and manage sprint-based manual and automation testing tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of software testing experience, depending on learning speed and technical development.
- Hands-on experience with requirements analysis, test strategy and planning, and black-box, risk-based, and exploratory test design.
- Experience testing web UIs and APIs, including Postman or similar tools.
- Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks with Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress, plus API automation.
- Good coding skills in Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or C#, using page object models and other design patterns.
- Experience integrating tests into CI/CD with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Daily use of AI tools such as Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code for concrete testing use cases.
- Experience leading test teams and managing sprint-based manual and automated testing.
- Upper-Intermediate English communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients.
- Ability to self-learn, adapt to new technologies, work under pressure, and validate AI output.
- Preferred experience testing AI/LLM features, including prompt-response validation, hallucination and bias checks, and evaluation tools such as Promptfoo, DeepEval, or Ragas.
- Preferred experience using OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI APIs to build internal QA tools.
- Nice-to-have experience with BDD using Cucumber or SpecFlow and performance testing using k6, JMeter, or Gatling.
