Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated testing activities to improve product quality.
- Automate functional, regression, performance, and acceptance tests.
- Own and enhance end-to-end automated test coverage.
- Test web UIs and APIs and perform manual testing such as feature, smoke, regression, exploratory, black-box, risk-based, and non-UI testing.
- Participate in sprint planning, analyze requirements, and provide test strategy, approach, and plan recommendations.
- Lead test teams and manage sprint-based manual and automation testing tasks.
- Use AI coding tools, agentic workflows, AI-driven development frameworks, and MCP integrations across the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Likely 5+ years of software testing experience, depending on learning speed and technical development.
- Strong experience in manual testing, including requirements analysis, test strategy, test planning, and test techniques.
- Hands-on experience testing web UIs and APIs using Postman or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of test automation with Selenium, Playwright, or Katalon.
- Basic coding ability in Java, C#, JavaScript, or a similar language.
- Experience with Postman, Git, and IntelliJ IDEA.
- Hands-on experience leading test teams and managing manual and automated testing tasks.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency and ability to work directly with clients.
- Preferred experience with Cucumber, SpecFlow, Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, and performance testing.
- Knowledge of design patterns and proficient daily use of Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, agentic workflows, AI-driven development frameworks, and MCP or equivalent integrations.
- Able to self-learn, adapt to new technologies, decompose complex tasks, provide effective context, and apply multi-step prompting workflows.
