Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and health of the Nx-based monorepo.
- Make builds and tests fast, reliable, and incremental at scale.
- Build CI/CD systems with guarantees around correctness and speed.
- Design internal CLIs and local dev stacks.
- Create a positive developer experience for deployment workflows.
- Run build and CI infrastructure with observability and on-call rigor.
- Identify and fix productivity issues for engineers.
- Manage the full lifecycle of developer tools from design to iteration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building developer-facing infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with modern monorepo tools like Nx or Bazel.
- Strong fluency with CI/CD systems at scale.
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages such as Go, Python, or TypeScript.
- Experience in measuring developer friction and implementing improvements.
- Familiarity with observability tooling and incident response.
