Responsibilities
- Architect, design and implement foundational solutions for subscription products.
- Provide technical structure to teams and collaborate with management to define strategic roadmaps.
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Mentor and train team members on design techniques and coding standards.
- Write high-quality, well-tested code to meet customer needs.
- Ensure product and operational health.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Experience architecting and developing solutions to ambiguous problems with significant impact.
- Proven ability to manage technical roadmaps and drive engineering excellence.
- Experience building or scaling systems related to subscription or membership products.
- Familiarity with growth metrics and A/B testing frameworks.
