Responsibilities

Research and create Qualys product signatures to detect vulnerabilities in Industrial Control Systems.
Research emerging technologies, vulnerabilities, exploits, zero-day issues, and actively attacked vulnerabilities.
Build automation for day-to-day security research tasks.
Analyze network traffic and packet captures.
Develop security-related tools and programs.

Strong experience and knowledge in penetration testing and vulnerability management.
Hands-on knowledge of vulnerabilities and attacks including cross-site scripting, privilege escalation, and remote code execution.
Proficiency with regular expressions, Python, and Bash.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 5+ years of Information Security experience, or a master's degree in Computer Science or Cyber Security.
In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, FTP, SSH, TLS/SSL, and SMTP.
System administration experience on Windows or Unix platforms.
Experience with network analysis tools, packet-capture analysis, vulnerability scanners, IDS, and other security tools.
Ability to handle projects independently and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred qualifications include Lua, virtualization software, Docker, Kubernetes, OSCP or similar certifications, and experience developing security-related tools.
