Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and improve administration screens and operational tools for internal detection, investigation, and response teams.
  • Build dashboards and monitoring UIs that visualize risk indicators and the effectiveness of countermeasures.
  • Improve UI/UX to increase operational efficiency and decision accuracy.
  • Design, build, implement, and operate scalable APIs and data-processing systems supporting the frontend.
  • Develop and continuously improve systems supporting Trust & Safety detection, prevention, investigation, and response workflows.
  • Analyze user behavior, system logs, and intervention results to evaluate risk trends and measure the effectiveness of countermeasures.
  • Collaborate with Trust & Safety stakeholders, Data Analysts, product backend teams, SREs, and security teams to improve quality, performance, security, and operability.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience implementing web frontends such as SPAs with TypeScript, including independently developing administration screens or internal tools.
  • At least 3 years of commercial application implementation, release, and operations experience.
  • Experience building commercial Web APIs running on public cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Strong interest in improving development efficiency, performance, and security.
  • Ownership, communication, and stakeholder-collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to learn about AI and experience developing with coding agents.
  • Experience designing or building various testing methods.
  • Experience creating and operating commercial web application container images, including Dockerfiles and middleware installation.
  • Basic knowledge of commonly used web application middleware such as Nginx and MySQL.
  • Business-level or higher Japanese and conversational-level or higher English.
  • Preferred: experience analyzing user behavior, system logs, and intervention results in rapidly changing abuse, fraud, or policy-violation risk areas.
  • Preferred: ability to independently extract, aggregate, and analyze data and evaluate issue scale, priority, countermeasure suitability, and effectiveness.
  • Preferred: experience converting analysis of changing user behaviors and risk patterns into development and improvements.
  • Preferred: experience designing scalable databases and applications for large data volumes and traffic.
  • Preferred: experience using AI development-support tools to improve development workflows, code quality, documentation, and team productivity.
  • Preferred: experience building deployment scripts and Dockerfiles in container environments.
  • Preferred: experience or knowledge of public-cloud infrastructure construction.
  • Preferred: knowledge of fundamental web application security measures and their necessity.
