Responsibilities
- Automate marketing processes to dramatically increase ROI for Klaviyo customers.
- Lead the design of next-generation AI systems at Klaviyo.
- Collaborate with AI Engineers to ensure high-quality outputs at low latency.
- Mentor junior team members on engineering best practices.
- Transform workflows by integrating AI into systems and processes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
- Proven track record of building high-quality products and systems.
- Experience leading projects and being accountable for outcomes.
- Experience mentoring team members and conducting code reviews.
- Proficient in Python and modern web stack components like FastAPI and Django.
- Experience working in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a desire to explore new AI technologies.
