Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex and ambiguous incidents across applications and integrations.
- Perform advanced data analysis and debugging to identify root causes.
- Implement configuration changes and light development fixes to improve system performance and stability.
- Own issues end-to-end through diagnosis, resolution, validation, and documentation.
- Identify systemic issues and contribute to long-term solutions, process improvements, knowledge-base updates, and automation opportunities.
- Partner with development teams to refine escalations and reduce repeat issues.
- Provide guidance and support to Level I engineers and participate in Talent Incubator Program training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
- Two to four or more years of application support or development experience.
- Advanced programming experience with SQL, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Hands-on development experience with C#, .NET, and/or Salesforce technologies such as Apex and Lightning.
- Intermediate ability to learn and work across diverse technologies, including Salesforce and .NET.
- Intermediate experience with SQL or data querying.
- Preferred familiarity with APIs, integrations, and root-cause analysis or problem management.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, independent-working, communication, and collaboration skills.
