Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Windows applications using C/C++.
- Drive the design and architecture of low-level Windows Agent components.
- Use Cursor, Claude, and Copilot to accelerate development, code review, debugging, and testing workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, document, implement, test, and deploy resilient and scalable solutions.
- Improve enterprise product security and support applications deployed on millions of desktops.
- Use AI tools for code analysis, vulnerability detection, and automated testing while validating their outputs.
- Mentor engineers on engineering practices, secure coding, and effective use of AI tools.
- Apply Windows internals and Win32 expertise to solve complex systems engineering challenges.
Requirements
- Advanced expertise in C++.
- Strong Windows software development experience, including Windows internals and Win32 APIs.
- Experience integrating AI-powered development tools into daily workflows and production environments.
- Ability to craft prompts for technical documentation, code generation, and technical problem-solving.
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated code for security, performance, and maintainability.
- Strong communication, mentorship, and cross-team collaboration skills.
- At least 6 years of hands-on software development experience.
- BE, B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Preferred experience includes cybersecurity, Windows kernel driver development, Windows low-level systems programming, model training or fine-tuning for code analysis or security detection, AI-assisted development tooling, AI threats, defensive programming, and AI-enhanced automated code review or static analysis.
