Responsibilities
- Design and build systems for automated operational workflows and global network data insights.
- Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks caused by inefficient processes, manual toil, and technical debt.
- Generate telemetry and improve observability for network infrastructure.
- Develop robust, maintainable code using CI/CD, test-driven development, and iterative design.
- Support and deploy cloud-native third-party software using infrastructure as code.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Programming experience with Python or JavaScript and the ability to design and develop scalable full-stack systems.
- Experience with containers, Kubernetes, service orchestration, microservices, infrastructure as code, automation, and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Apache Cassandra, network telemetry, monitoring and metrics, dashboarding, and alerting.
- Ability to develop automation that improves operational efficiency.
