Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and productionize reliable AI workflows for the trading platform.
- Build tooling to monitor, tune, and evaluate AI models and workflows.
- Collaborate with teams to identify high ROI AI opportunities.
- Create rapid prototypes and translate them into production-grade systems.
- Develop reusable libraries and SDKs for AI development.
- Stay current on applied AI advancements and evaluate new tools.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture design, and manage deployments.
Requirements
- At least 7+ years of strong proficiency in enterprise Java.
- Experience designing and deploying AI/ML or LLM-backed systems in production.
- Familiarity with LLM tooling and patterns.
- Experience in supporting and running systems in a production environment.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
