Base Salary
$225k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with customer accounts to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
- Own end-to-end software integration projects, including data pipelines and reporting features.
- Conduct landscape analysis for new opportunities and assess platform fit for customer needs.
- Translate technical requirements to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Share on-call responsibilities for the systems you build.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience with a focus on production-ready systems.
- Ability to operate independently and make decisions in ambiguous situations.
- Strong communication skills, particularly with non-technical audiences.
- Experience across the tech stack, including backend integration, DevOps, and data engineering.
- Curiosity about the energy grid and willingness to learn.
