Responsibilities

Build, design, and architect new capabilities for Jitterbit’s Cloud Application products.
Develop and maintain robust, scalable, distributed systems with full lifecycle ownership.
Work across frontend and backend technologies including Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, CSS3, and cloud application infrastructure.
Build large-scale distributed and multi-tenant SaaS applications using cloud-based architectures and microservices.
Deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes and work with AWS services.
Collaborate with engineers, product management, operations, peers, Distinguished Engineers, and Architects.
Mentor other engineers and contribute to data-driven, high-quality engineering decisions.

Mid-level full stack software engineering experience with strong JavaScript, CSS, and HTML authoring skills.
Proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Node.js, or Go.
Experience building large-scale distributed applications and multi-tenant SaaS applications.
Experience with microservices and cloud-based architectures or design patterns.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, analytical, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with application deployment via Docker and/or Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience with AWS services such as DynamoDB, S3, or CloudFront.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a distributed, remote team.
DataDog APM and logging experience is a bonus.
Experience developing and releasing through CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions is a bonus.
