Responsibilities
- Build and ship features for Clera’s agentic headhunting automation system.
- Own projects from concept through deployment and production delivery.
- Work directly with the CTO, co-founder, and engineering team.
- Iterate quickly, balance speed with scalability and quality, and incorporate customer feedback.
- Help shape the company’s recruiting marketplace and product direction.
Requirements
- Very strong software engineering background.
- Experience with TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and ideally experience with LLM APIs.
- High agency, resourcefulness, ownership, and a startup-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work intensively with the founding team in San Francisco.
- Candidate should be from the DACH region.
