Responsibilities
- Build AI systems that transform meetings into context, embeddings, retrieval, actions, and agentic execution.
- Develop real-time AI experiences and agentic workflows that move work from conversation to execution.
- Work with LLMs, audio, video, multimodal models, and autonomous agents.
- Evaluate emerging models and technologies and bring effective capabilities into production at monday.com’s scale.
- Own complex problems end to end across research, architecture, production, customer feedback, and iteration.
- Improve the context, tools, guardrails, and evaluations supporting agents across the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong full-stack application development skills.
- Exceptional software engineering fundamentals and experience building complex production systems.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, including LLMs, agents, multimodal models, audio, or video.
- Experience building AI agents and increasing autonomy across the software development lifecycle.
- Strong system design skills and experience building modern backend and frontend applications at scale.
- Strong product intuition, execution, ownership, communication, and collaboration skills, with a passion for advancing AI capabilities.
