Responsibilities
- Build new AI-native products and features from 0-to-1 and iterate based on user feedback.
- Develop full-stack applications using modern technologies to create user-centered experiences.
- Lead and participate in architectural decisions as multiple product lines scale.
- Own features through design, implementation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Partner with product and design teams to shape workflows and accelerate delivery.
- Drive engineering excellence, reliability, performance, and scalability across codebases.
- Define best practices for AI-powered product development.
- Build LLM flows and write evaluations to validate model behavior.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building full-stack applications end to end.
- Deep knowledge of React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience integrating LLMs or other AI technologies such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or Llama.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, deployments, and monitoring on GCP or AWS.
- Familiarity with frontend and backend performance optimization and scalability.
- Strong communication, teamwork, empathy, and customer-focused product judgment.
- Preferred: experience with LLM flows, evaluations, vector embeddings, and RAG architectures.
- Preferred: familiarity with product discovery, rapid prototyping, or startup environments.
