Responsibilities
- Build and own end-to-end internal platforms and features using Python, React, and cloud-native architecture.
- Develop automated tooling supporting the customer lifecycle from initial proof-of-value processes through post-sales single-tenant environment management.
- Write maintainable, well-tested code using test-driven development principles to reduce operational friction and human error.
- Architect and integrate AI harnesses, AI-driven automation, and agentic workflows into internal business platforms.
Requirements
- Require at least 4 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer.
- Require hands-on development experience with Python and React/TypeScript.
- Require practical experience with relational databases, ORMs, and Docker-based containerized deployments.
- Require hands-on experience building AI harnesses, AI-driven automation, or agentic workflows.
- Prefer production experience with Kubernetes, AWS, PostgreSQL, and Linux.
- Prefer experience with Vitest, Playwright, or Pytest.
- Prefer experience integrating LLMs or AI tooling into software development or QA workflows.
- Prefer a track record of developing end-to-end software products or internal platforms from scratch.
- Prefer a professional background in cybersecurity or enterprise IT operations.
- Prefer practical experience with Tailwind CSS.
