Responsibilities
- Deliver strategic advisory and consulting services aligned with client business and technology objectives.
- Lead client engagements, stakeholder communications, project planning, governance, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Assess client environments, risks, opportunities, industry trends, and modernization needs.
- Define and govern enterprise integration architecture across ServiceNow and key business systems.
- Design secure, scalable, and maintainable integration architectures using APIs, workflow orchestration, data architecture, security controls, and enterprise source systems.
- Establish integration standards and architectural best practices.
- Develop executive presentations, reports, roadmaps, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into practical solution architectures.
- Mentor team members and contribute to consulting talent development.
- Support proposal development and other business development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience delivering advisory or consulting services across ServiceNow or business environments, or 9+ years of that experience.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, data architecture, workflow integration, security, and source systems.
- Experience designing ServiceNow integration patterns across enterprise technology environments.
- ServiceNow architect-level credentials and significant integration architecture experience across multiple ServiceNow modules.
- Strong solution consulting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple engagements, and work independently and within a team.
- Recent experience integrating at least two of Ansible, Kubernetes, GitHub CI/CD, Artifactory, Commvault, XSOAR, CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, DigiCert, or Panorama.
- Relevant consulting, technology, or risk certifications are a plus.
- Experience supporting digital transformation, risk, or advisory engagements is a plus.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is a plus.
