Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and iterate complex agentic AI systems that integrate with human workflows.
- Build and ship production-grade software, AI agents, and LLM-driven applications.
- Design system context, constraints, and standards that enable reliable, secure, and accurate AI operation.
- Evaluate human- and AI-generated code for correctness, quality, security, and performance.
- Implement and debug model training, evaluation, and inference pipelines.
- Deploy distributed ML systems on Docker and cloud platforms and optimize their performance.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and solution engineers to create customer-impacting AI solutions.
Requirements
- Exceptional software engineering skills and a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Deep machine learning knowledge with meaningful implementation experience and a track record of building production-quality systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and solid experience with C++ and/or Java.
- Practical experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, tool use, planning, memory, and multi-step reasoning.
- Experience building end-to-end AI agents or complex AI-driven applications.
- Familiarity with prompting, orchestration, and evaluation for LLM-based systems.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks and strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals.
- Experience implementing and debugging model training, evaluation, and inference pipelines.
- Experience deploying ML systems with Docker and AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with distributed training or inference and performance optimization.
- Advanced prompt-engineering skills and the ability to create precise prompts and reliable system context.
- Experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Cursor.
- Competitive coding achievements or experience founding an agentic AI or LLM startup are cited as relevant backgrounds.
