Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with functional leaders and digital teams to identify, prioritize, and shape AI and automation opportunities.
- Translate business needs into scalable solution designs using AI, workflow automation, analytics, and agentic capabilities.
- Coach and train business users to design, test, deploy, and improve solutions on approved enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with data, architecture, security, governance, and platform teams to meet enterprise standards.
- Establish KPIs, success measures, adoption plans, and performance expectations for AI-enabled solutions.
- Create reusable standards, design patterns, testing approaches, documentation, and implementation guidance.
- Support solution lifecycle management from ideation through deployment, optimization, and retirement.
- Monitor solution effectiveness and recommend improvements, scaling, redesign, or retirement.
- Contribute to enterprise AI best practices, governance frameworks, and technical playbooks.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in technology delivery, software engineering, data and analytics, automation, digital transformation, enterprise systems implementation, or related fields.
- Experience translating business challenges into technology solutions and driving measurable outcomes.
- Experience working with AI, workflow automation, analytics, digital products, or enterprise platforms.
- Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, enterprise data sources, and solution architecture principles.
- Experience collaborating across business, technology, data, security, and governance stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of responsible AI, data governance, privacy, security, and risk management practices.
- Curiosity and continuous learning related to AI, automation, large language models, and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required; preferred fields include Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, and Business Technology.
