Base Salary
$124k - $341k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as lead SAP Solution Architect for aerospace, defense, and project manufacturing transformation programs.
- Design integrated SAP S/4HANA solutions across PMMO/GPD, PS, PP, QM, MM, EWM, and FI/CO.
- Lead business and solution design workshops to define future-state operating models and solution roadmaps.
- Drive SAP PMMO and legacy GPD implementations for project manufacturing, material traceability, and cost control.
- Define processes for MTO, MTP, ETO, project planning, WBS management, costing, revenue recognition, profitability, and financial settlement.
- Architect quality management solutions supporting supplier quality, production quality, aerospace compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead solution governance, architecture reviews, and program-level decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, clients, SaaS product companies, and complementary service providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 15+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong aerospace and defense, defense contracting, ETO, project manufacturing, MRO, or highly regulated manufacturing experience.
- At least five full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, including two in aerospace and defense or project-based manufacturing.
- Deep expertise in SAP PMMO and legacy GPD.
- Strong hands-on SAP Project System experience, including project planning, WBS management, project accounting, revenue recognition, cost collection, and settlement.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MTO, MTP, and ETO manufacturing processes.
- Expertise in product costing, project cost control, cost allocation, profitability analysis, and FI/CO integration.
- Experience implementing and integrating SAP Quality Management in complex manufacturing environments.
- Ability to design enterprise-wide SAP solutions integrating manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, quality, and financial processes.
- Strong client-facing consulting, architecture, advisory, workshop leadership, governance, and executive communication experience.
- Preferred: SAP Production Engineering & Operations experience.
- Preferred: understanding of FAR/DFARS compliance and defense contracting regulations.
- Preferred: experience integrating SAP solutions with Deltek Costpoint.
