Base Salary
$173k - $286k/yr
Responsibilities
- Advise C-level stakeholders at large enterprise customers as a trusted Salesforce platform and technology expert.
- Architect multi-cloud solutions across application, data, integration, and security domains.
- Lead cross-functional teams of architects and developers, with direct technical-team management for Director-level hires.
- Facilitate executive workshops, program governance, customer and partner negotiations, and risk resolution.
- Review project and program direction and artifacts to maintain delivery quality and reduce technical debt.
- Guide adoption of emerging technologies and lead internal initiatives that grow the consulting practice.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience, or 10+ years for the Director level.
- At least 4 years leading Salesforce Core Projects; Director candidates additionally need 2–5 years of direct people management.
- Strong application design skills and expertise in data, integration, and security architecture.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to influence C-level audiences.
- Experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes through technology and integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect credential, progress toward it, or multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications is preferred.
- Experience with enterprise architecture, technical-team leadership, mentoring, C-level relationships, and AI-powered development tools is preferred.
