Base Salary
$173k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert to complex enterprise customers.
- Architect technology solutions with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients using the Salesforce Platform.
- Lead internal strategic initiatives, contribute to the consulting practice, and expand the community knowledge base.
- Guide customers and colleagues in adopting emerging technologies that increase business value.
- Identify and manage risks, resolve issues through completion, and negotiate solutions with customers and third-party partners.
- Manage customer expectations and communicate complex concepts and recommendations to varied audiences.
- Review and correct project or program direction, approaches, and key artifacts to keep solutions on track, extendable, and maintainable.
- Contribute to program visions and advise on project strategies and enabling technologies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
- 4+ years of experience leading Salesforce Core Projects.
- Strong application design, data architecture, integration architecture, and security architecture skills.
- Strong integration concepts, designs, and patterns experience.
- Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration.
- Strong presentation, written communication, verbal communication, listening, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent demonstrable work experience.
- Application design and development background and strong enterprise architecture experience are preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification or multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications is preferred.
- Experience with Consumer Goods Cloud, Consumer Goods Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management, or the Consumer Goods industry is a plus.
- Experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Agentforce for Developers is preferred.
- Experience leading a technical team or workstream and mentoring talent is preferred.
- Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and senior technology leaders.
