Responsibilities
- Advise C-level executives and align their strategic goals with the Celonis technical vision.
- Lead data, cloud, innovation, and enterprise architecture strategies for major global accounts using capability mapping.
- Architect first-of-a-kind solutions involving Agentic AI, Process Intelligence, and enterprise modernization.
- Partner with Sales and Value Engineering to support customer acquisition and strategic up-selling.
- Provide market feedback to Product and Engineering teams and advocate for customer needs.
- Create and deliver customer-facing position papers, presentations, and thought-leadership assets.
- Translate complex technical visions into business-value-oriented strategies and demonstrations.
Requirements
- 15 to 20 years of relevant experience, ideally as a CTO at a consulting firm, Field CTO at a software vendor, or Director/VP of Enterprise Architecture.
- Proven ability to present complex technical visions and business value to C-suite stakeholders.
- Deep experience with enterprise modernization, enterprise architecture methodologies, and Agentic AI.
- Ability to move between high-level architecture design and hands-on demonstrations.
- Strong background in data architecture, API ecosystems, and cloud-native SaaS solutions such as Salesforce and ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle.
- MSc in Computer Science or an equivalent IT-related field.
- Preferred experience with Celonis, OCPM, and Case Centric Data Pipelines.
- Preferred TOGAF/Zachman, AWS/Azure/GCP, and ESB/ETL certifications, including tools such as MuleSoft or Informatica.
- Preferred experience across at least two business domains and two industries.
