Base Salary
$220k - $292k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build full-stack applications for the Frontier AI Agent Platform.
- Create user-facing applications for various teams including ML researchers and software engineers.
- Design and implement backend APIs for training runs and evaluations.
- Develop reliable workflows for evaluating AI agents in various environments.
- Create metrics and reporting interfaces for evaluation results.
- Collaborate with ML engineers to translate evaluation needs into product experiences.
- Build observability and debugging tools for agent performance.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering experience in production web applications.
- Proven experience with modern web user interfaces using React and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience designing and implementing backend APIs like REST or gRPC.
- Ability to create user-friendly metrics and reporting workflows.
- Strong product judgment to create clear interfaces from complex workflows.
- Ability to work closely with ML researchers and software engineers.
- Strong fundamentals in reliability, observability, and system architecture.
- Eligible for a U.S. Secret security clearance.
