Base Salary
$166k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Salesforce architectural authority for platform design, configuration, customization, and integrations.
- Define when to use out-of-the-box capabilities, Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, or OmniStudio.
- Establish architecture standards, design patterns, governance, security practices, and platform best practices.
- Design end-to-end multi-cloud Salesforce architectures covering Service, Experience, Data Cloud, and AI capabilities.
- Contribute hands-on to complex Apex, Lightning Web Components, integration, and data-modeling work.
- Lead solution design sessions, code reviews, and technical deep dives.
- Design enterprise integration and data architectures using APIs, event-driven patterns, governance, and analytics readiness.
- Drive adoption of Einstein, Agentforce, and intelligent automation within an AI-enabled engineering ecosystem.
- Enforce security, governance, and DevSecOps practices while partnering with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in software engineering and architecture, including 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, and Flow, including performance optimization and advanced design patterns.
- Proven ability to make architecture decisions across out-of-the-box, low-code, and custom development approaches.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, events, and middleware.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security architecture, and sharing models.
- Experience with Agile, DevSecOps, continuous delivery, and AI-assisted development practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Salesforce architect-level certification such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer II.
