Base Salary

$184k - $225k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Design, develop, maintain, and modernize custom enterprise applications and support O&M activities.
  • Apply secure coding practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
  • Communicate technical decisions and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Build customer trust through technical expertise and professionalism.
  • Deliver innovative solutions for mission-critical federal government systems.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret clearance with current or previously held SCI access.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
  • DoD 8140-compliant certification such as Security+ or higher.
  • Azure Developer Associate, AWS Developer Associate, or recent/relevant software development certification.
  • 10+ years of professional software development experience building, testing, and maintaining enterprise applications in mission-critical environments.
  • Expertise in C#, .NET, .NET Framework, Entity Framework, and ASP.NET, including WebForms, MVC, or REST APIs.
  • Front-end experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, Angular, and/or React.
  • Back-end database development and administration experience, including SQL Server and T-SQL.
  • Experience with source code management tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab, or GitHub.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker containerization.
  • Understanding of Windows Server, PowerShell, IIS, Kerberos, and OIDC authentication.
  • Ability to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up in a dynamic, mission-critical environment.
