Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor Solution Engineers to maintain consistent, high standards of service delivery.
- Partner with sales teams on new business opportunities and translate client technical requirements into solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, presentations, custom demonstrations, proofs of concept, and trial processes.
- Establish client relationships and credibility through technical expertise and manufacturing business knowledge.
- Present product value, benefits, architectures, and support cost evaluation and pricing discussions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of presales experience in the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience.
- At least 2 years of specialized or industry experience.
- Demonstrated success supporting both direct and channel sales.
- Experience in the manufacturing and distribution industry.
- Documented experience delivering customer presentations and demonstrations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent manufacturing experience.
- Experience with ERP companies or value-added resellers such as SAP, Microsoft, Infor, Sage, or QAD is relevant.
