Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and platform solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions.
- Implement application enhancements, system integrations, and platform modernization initiatives.
- Troubleshoot application issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks.
- Support code reviews, testing activities, and deployment processes.
- Create and maintain design specifications, operational procedures, and other technical documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and technologies.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in software development, application engineering, platform engineering, or a related technical role.
- Knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and system integration concepts.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Understanding of relational databases, APIs, and cloud-based technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Preferred: experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Preferred: familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Preferred: relevant technical certifications.
