Responsibilities
- Lead complete projects independently across backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Architect scalable, robust solutions for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Drive technical improvements by identifying and solving underlying problems.
- Partner with Marketing and Product stakeholders to influence features and requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of software engineering experience with expert-level proficiency in Python.
- Proven track record of leading complete projects end-to-end.
- Deep expertise with data integration technologies and workflow orchestration tools.
- Demonstrated ability to design for performance, scalability, and robustness.
- Strong product thinking with the ability to influence product direction.
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to mentor engineers.
