Base Salary
$170k - $212k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, build, evaluation, shipping, and refinement of systems for promotional performance.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize machine learning models for production.
- Influence technical design, architecture, and infrastructure decisions for machine learning.
- Work with Data and ML Engineers to transition models from research to production.
- Implement and monitor model success metrics and contribute to production stability.
Requirements
- Experience implementing ML systems at scale in Java, Scala, Python, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Understanding of transitioning machine learning models from research to production.
- Collaborative mindset and experience working with research scientists and engineers.
- Experience optimizing machine learning models for production use cases.
- Preferably experienced with data pipeline tools like Apache Beam and cloud platforms like GCP.
- Exposure to causal ML models and familiarity with model success metric dashboards.
