Base Salary
$160k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead customer-facing discovery, pilot, and demo engagements as the primary technical voice for prospects and customers.
- Partner onsite with customers, engineers, recruiters, and business leaders to identify developer needs and shape practical solutions.
- Keep customer projects on track through disciplined execution and proactive updates.
- Use appropriate tools, including AI when useful, to deliver faster and more reliable customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to communicate and elevate customer feedback.
Requirements
- Customer-facing technical lead with full-stack depth to configure, debug, and explain web applications and integrations.
- Ability to generate API scripts using Ruby or Python.
- Confidence leading onsite conversations with prospects and enterprise customers, gathering requirements, shaping technical approaches, and delivering measurable results.
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to plan, execute, organize, and follow through on customer projects.
- Preferred experience as a software, solutions, or sales engineer working with HR technology, ATS platforms, IDEs, developer tools, API-first systems, or integration-heavy systems.
- Preferred track record of managing projects from scoping through delivery while balancing customer needs and technical tradeoffs.
