Responsibilities
- Lead customer-facing engagements, including discovery, pilots, and demos.
- Partner onsite with customers to uncover developer needs and shape solutions.
- Keep customer projects on track through disciplined execution.
- Utilize tools, including AI, to deliver reliable outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to elevate customer feedback.
Requirements
- Experience as a customer-facing technical lead with full-stack development skills.
- Ability to configure, debug, and explain web applications and integrations.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven organizational skills to manage and execute projects effectively.
- Empathetic and energetic problem-solver.
