Responsibilities
- Plan and execute continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring pipelines across the application lifecycle.
- Manage IT infrastructure and onboard, configure, and customize applications on DevOps tools.
- Create user-access workflows and provision access according to defined processes.
- Collaborate with development teams on coding and scripting connecting releases with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment activities in a DevOps environment.
- Provide customer support for DevOps tools, resolve tickets within specified turnaround times, and follow escalation procedures.
- Troubleshoot critical or recurring issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory DevOps skills.
- Experience working with application, development, testing, and operations teams and DevOps toolchains.
