Base Salary
$130k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and implementation for new enterprise customers.
- Build, deploy, and optimize features that integrate customer systems with Gradial’s platform.
- Develop reusable tools and configuration layers for scalable onboarding.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define requirements and iterate in real time.
- Work with product and engineering teams to incorporate field learnings into the roadmap.
- Contribute to internal documentation and implementation playbooks.
- Own performance, reliability, and maintainability of the solutions delivered.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering or technical implementation experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as TypeScript and understanding of APIs.
- Ability to understand unfamiliar technical ecosystems and build integration paths.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High ownership mindset with comfort operating independently.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagement.
