Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and lead requirements-gathering meetings with customers.
- Own change requests, application enhancements, technical specifications, and application scope and objectives.
- Perform technical design reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making across cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate testing, implementation, monitoring, and on-call support for systems.
- Maintain technical development environments and provide troubleshooting support.
- Mentor others, provide technical guidance, and lead multiple small to medium-sized projects.
- Facilitate requirements, design, code review, and troubleshooting sessions.
- Research and propose technologies, strategies, and solutions for technical problems.
- Support vendor evaluation and data information planning.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 5 years of related experience with multidimensional platforms and business and technical applications.
- Experience with multiple databases and/or programming languages is strongly preferred.
- Experience mentoring others, leading multiple small projects, and providing troubleshooting support is preferred.
- Healthcare experience using the Facets platform is preferred.
