Base Salary
$110k - $117k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable .NET Core and React applications, Azure-based solutions, event-driven systems, and enterprise microservices.
- Build document-processing workflows using Entity Framework Core and Azure Storage.
- Prototype Kafka-based event pipelines for asynchronous IVR call handling and workflow processing.
- Design notification microservices supporting SMS, email, and platform logging.
- Build full-stack monitoring tools with React and .NET Web API for workflow and IVR activity.
- Implement performance monitoring, capacity planning, health checks, and proactive alerting with Prometheus and Grafana.
- Provide technical support during production outages and troubleshoot complex platform issues.
- Lead root cause analyses and post-incident reviews and implement preventive fixes.
- Guide cross-functional teams through Agile delivery cycles.
- Lead adoption and integration of AI development tools including Claude, Devin, and GitHub Copilot.
Requirements
- Experience developing scalable full-stack applications with .NET Core and React.
- Experience building Azure-based solutions, event-driven systems, and enterprise microservices.
- Experience with Entity Framework Core, Azure Storage, Kafka, and .NET Web API.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring, health checks, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Ability to troubleshoot production outages, conduct root cause analysis, and improve platform stability.
- Experience guiding cross-functional teams through software delivery cycles.
- Experience driving adoption of AI-assisted development tools is required by the described role scope.
