Responsibilities
- Map high-value workflows end-to-end, identifying decision points and bottlenecks.
- Design future-state workflows that incorporate automation effectively.
- Build production workflows and internal tools for daily team use.
- Monitor performance and track KPIs of deployed solutions.
- Continuously improve workflows and document processes for team knowledge.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to map and redesign business processes with automation.
- Technical fluency in connecting systems and building production workflows.
- Good judgment on when to use agents versus deterministic tools.
- Strong foundation in at least one programming language like TypeScript or Python.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs in production environments.
- Operational maturity in monitoring and iterating on built solutions.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
