Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design for high-complexity strategic enterprise projects.
- Oversee implementation of reference architecture across multiple delivery teams.
- Conduct technical quality and AI-readiness audits.
- Design multi-agent systems for complex autonomous business reasoning tasks.
- Influence customer technical stakeholders on agent-centric application portfolios.
- Embed AI, automation, and internal tooling into delivery operations and create reusable delivery playbooks.
- Mentor peers and cultivate high-performance technical practices.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in IT.
- At least 8 years of experience in solution architecture.
- Knowledge of agentic systems design and integrations.
- Expertise in AI architecture patterns, agentic process design, and GenAI integration.
- Ability to deliver complex, performance-optimized solutions.
- Deep mastery of strategic prompt engineering for governed AI systems.
- Expert Developer certification.
- Specialist Agentic AI certification.
- Strategic influence, innovative thinking, curiosity about future-state technology, business alignment, urgency, and mentorship skills.
