Responsibilities
- Own product surfaces end to end across backend services, APIs, and web UI for the Model Factory platform.
- Turn model-training workflows—including experiments, trajectories, evaluations, and data inspection—into trusted, usable interfaces.
- Partner closely with applied researchers to understand use cases, identify bottlenecks, and improve workflows.
- Build the internal design system and platform that enables other teams to contribute UI.
- Iterate quickly on feedback while prioritizing adoption, usability, performance, and reliability.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack product engineering experience, including building from data models through polished web interfaces.
- Fluency with a modern web stack such as TypeScript and React, plus a backend language.
- Ability to make independent product decisions and take ambiguous, greenfield problems through delivery and adoption.
- Collaborative, low-ego, fast-moving approach with comfort working closely with research, product, and infrastructure teams.
- Understanding of ML model-building workflows, or strong curiosity to learn them, is preferred.
- Experience with data-analysis tooling, agent tooling, or AI products is preferred.
